How it works, step by step
Upload the PDF drawings
Floor plan required, plus site plan and section. For multi-storey buildings, one floor plan per storey.
The system reads the drawing data
Rooms, dimensions, doors and windows, wall thicknesses. Recognition is more accurate on CAD-drawn, dimensioned plans than on scanned sheets.
Review and refine
Every field can be corrected on the review screen. This is also where you supply parameters that are not on the drawing, such as floor finish types.
Export for the documentation
Room schedule, door and window schedule and bill of quantities as PDF or Excel, together with the project data.
