Payment Information

Informational translation. MűLeÍr is operated by a Hungarian business and this agreement is governed by Hungarian law. This English text is provided for convenience only — in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version is the legally binding one.
The service provider
Payment provider
A payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe — we neither see nor store them.

As a registered user your first report is free (once per account, without providing card details).
The provider is VAT-exempt, so no VAT is charged (VAT-exempt (Hungarian “alanyi adómentes” scheme)). Stripe sends an automatic payment confirmation (receipt).
The prices shown are introductory (discounted) prices; the current prices are on the Pricing page. If you subscribe during the introductory period, you keep that price for as long as your subscription is active — a later price increase does not affect existing subscribers.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. To cancel:
- Sign in to your account at muleir.com
- Open Settings → Manage subscription
- Cancel the subscription in the Stripe billing portal
After cancellation the subscription stays active until the end of the current period. No refund is given for the unused period.
Refunds
- One-off purchase: by starting the download of the report you waive your right of withdrawal (Section 29(1)(m) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).
- Subscription: a refund is warranted if the service is unavailable for a sustained period (more than 72 hours) and the fault cannot be remedied.

Security
Every payment transaction is protected by TLS encryption. Card details are handled by Stripe under the PCI DSS Level 1 standard. MűLeÍr stores no card data whatsoever.
