Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the contractual relationship between Németh László, the operator of the MűLeÍr service (registered address: 6400 Kiskunhalas, Felsőöregszőlők hrsz.: 42866/3; tax number: 69170656-1-23; registration number: 52799907; the “Provider”), and the natural or legal person using the service (the “User”).

By using the service the User accepts these Terms. The Terms are continuously available at muleir.com.

MűLeÍr is an online software service that allows architectural drawings (PDF) to be uploaded, data to be extracted automatically, material quantities to be calculated and documents to be generated.

• Upload and processing of drawings (floor plan, section, elevation, site plan)
• Automatic data extraction (room schedule, doors and windows, building and plot data)
• Material quantity calculation (masonry, plastering, insulation, finishes, roofing, etc.)
• Generating and downloading a technical report in PDF and Excel
• Quote mode: entering unit prices, saved price lists, estimated material cost
• Suspended ceiling layout plan as a separate PDF

The service is under continuous development; the Provider may extend or modify the feature set.

No account is required for a one-off report purchase. Subscription plans and the free first report require e-mail based registration. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.

A registered User may generate one report free of charge per account. No card details are required for the free report, and its content is identical to a paid report.

The benefit is tied to the account. Claiming it repeatedly by creating multiple accounts constitutes abuse, in which case the Provider is entitled to restrict the accounts concerned.

The price of a one-off report is HUF 9,990 per report. The Provider is VAT-exempt, so no VAT is charged. This is an introductory (discounted) price — the current prices are shown on the Pricing page.

• For a report bought as a guest (without an account), the download link is valid for 24 hours from payment.
• For a report activated with a promo code, the download link is valid for 7 days.
• For a registered User, the report remains available in the account without a time limit and can be downloaded again.
• By downloading the digital content the User waives their right of withdrawal (Section 29(1)(m) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).

Monthly plan: HUF 14,900/month — unlimited reports, renews automatically.

Annual plan: HUF 129,000/year (HUF 10,750/month) — unlimited reports, renews automatically, all new features included.

• A subscription is valid for 30 (monthly) or 365 (annual) days from the date of payment.
• Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
• On cancellation the subscription remains valid until the end of the current period.
• The prices shown are introductory (discounted) prices. The fee of a subscription entered into during the introductory period remains unchanged for the term of the contract; a later price increase does not affect existing subscribers.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time; no pro-rata refund is given for the remaining period.

For a one-off purchase, given the nature of digital content, a refund is due if the service could not be delivered due to a technical fault and the Provider does not remedy it within 72 hours.

The data, dimensions and calculations generated by MűLeÍr are for information only; they do not constitute an expert opinion or an official document. The Provider accepts no liability for (i) inaccurate data extraction caused by faulty, incomplete or illegible drawings; (ii) decisions, damages or omissions arising from the use of the generated data. The User must have the results reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

The MűLeÍr software and visual identity are protected by copyright.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will seek to settle disputes primarily through negotiation. If the Terms are amended, the Provider will notify Users on the website.
